Measuring

No single aspect of the window coverings impacts your satisfaction more than measuring. Accurate measurements are essential!

Please note, we recommend always using a Steel measuring tape to ensure an accurate measurement of the window.

Firstly it is necessary to decide whether you wish to fit the blind inside or outside the recess (please see below for diagram).

Inside Recess

1. Measure the inside width of the window frame. (A to B)
2. Measure the drop from top to bottom inside the window frame. (C to D)

Outside Recess

1. Measure the blind width required. (A to B)
2. Measure the drop from top to bottom. (C to D)

Measuring for the best fit

• Make three measurements for each dimension.
• Measure the window width at the top, centre, and bottom.
• Measure the window height at the left, centre, and right.
• Record the smallest width and height measurements, rounding up to the nearest 5mm
